May God bless you all during this most difficult time. I just found out by reading the newspaper and it really saddened my heart. I remember Mr. Beaudette very well. He told me that I wouldn't graduate in 1985 with my class but I proved him wrong and graduated proudly. I owe it all to him because by him telling me I wouldn't, I strived more and more to do it. I saw the obituary in the A2 News and wanted to pass along my condolences. I was a choir student of Mr. Berg in the very early 1980s at Forsythe and then again as a senior at Pioneer HS in a 1985 Humanities class. He was a wonderful teacher, and I still have very fond memories of my time singing in his choir. He was great encouragement to the fairly quiet kid that I was and we could generally count on him to make someone laugh. I am so sorry to hear about Marie. She and I worked together for many years at the Child and Adolescent Psych hospital. Dear Derrick, Donna & Family,
I just wanted to let you all know how sorry I am for your lost. I feel you pain for I lost my mom during spring break.
She was only sick for a couple of weeks. I dont know how I got throught it. I still having a hard time dealing with it.
I wanted you to know if there is anything I can do just ask. I am her for you kids to.
Try to remeber her the way she was before she got ill. For she isnt ill anymore. And she walks with or rides on your shoulders everyday, everystep of the way.

To the Bow and Jordan Families. I'm sorry to hear of the death of Marie. She fought a long and good fight. She'll be missed by all of us, however, she'll suffer no more pain and neither will we have to suffer to see her as vibrant as she once was. Richard be strong and trust God to comfort and sustain you. Donna and Derrick, I know that it's going to be hard with your mother not being with you, but I can testify that everyday gets a little better. I have to remind myself that my mother who passed away approx. 2 years ago is in a better place with the Lord, and that she's not in any pain either. Stay encouraged. I'm praying for the family. Howard, I'm encouraging you to be strong too. You may be the last of siblings left but God knows what He's doing. You do have other loved ones who care for you as well as your neigbors. Trust God and lean on Him. Maybell be strong and know that God is with you during the loss of Marie. I'm praying for the family

To Marie's grandchildren and great-grandchildren,

My sincerest sympathy to you all during the loss of your wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

I worked with Marie at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Hospital years ago. I've thought of her often through the years and the beautiful smile she always had for all that she was with. At work and on occasions when our CAPH group met outside of work, we would share family updates and pictures. The highlight at work for Marie was when her grandchildren, Kim and little Derrick , would come in to see her. I remember the times when little Derrick's daddy would bring him in to see her. She would say, "Give me a little sugar" and then he could sit on her lap and type on the machine. I and the CAPH girls enjoyed our occasional night out dining and conversing for hours in the restaurant and another hour out in the parking lot at LaPinata in Ann Arbor - never enough time with each other it seemed. She had a wealth of knowledge of singing groups and their songs and had numerous other stories that she shared usually bringing tears of laughter to our group.

Marie was a joy to us and her presence will be truly missed.

Remember all the special times with her through the years as those will be the memories to cherish forever.

A couple of the things I will miss about Kay is her bubbly personality. No matter where I ran into her at I got a "HEY GIRLLLLL" and a beaming smile. No matter how bad a day it was, she never complained. A favorite memory, Halloween. She'd let me come over and pick out a costume and try it on. One year it was ET and Butch was sitting on the front porch dressed up as a scarecrow, Kay convinced me he was a fake and just as soon as my foot hit the po
